Question
Experiment 008 / Containment before command
ApertureObject Set
Preview complete cubes with two L-poses. Release, pause neutral, then pinch, fist, or span transforms set. To delete, hold one pointing hand steady; open palm clears selection.

Selection contract
No partial capture
- All eight projected cube vertices must remain inside aperture polygon.
- Middle, ring, and pinky stay closed: L-pose is not span.
- Preview while field holds. Release then pause neutral to commit.
- Pinch, fist, and span apply same bounded delta to selected set.
- Delete: one hand, index extended, thumb away, other fingers folded. Hold steady until Point hold reaches 100%, then cubes collapse and Undo appears.
- Open palm held 350 ms clears selection, never cubes.

Experiment record / 008
Selection is a geometric claim.
Hypothesis
Previewing selection before release makes a shared command predictable. A neutral pause prevents direct handoff into transform or deletion, while vertex containment rejects partial captures.
Deletion
Point hold is armed only after neutral pause, avoiding accidental loss after selection. Open palm has separate clear-only hold. Deletion collapses for 280 ms; Undo restores exact identity.
